After 10 years teaching in classrooms, building an education business, and creating training for a big tech company, I love helping people learn. I understood the problem, broke down the process, recorded the how-to videos.

Except people clicked "complete" on videos they never watched.

We did our best, but a video can't ask what you're working on. A course can't change to fit your job. A guided walkthrough took months to make. So we added a quiz and called it learning. The best we had, but never the best way to learn.

Then I got my hands on AI and started building tools. My first turned meeting transcripts into first drafts, saving our $2B company an estimated $500,000+ in year one. Of 4,000+ employees, I was one of four named an AI Innovator.
